Tissue culture plates are ideal when you need to grow multiple cell cultures at once. Nest culture plates are available with 6,12,24,48,96 or 384 wells. They also come tissue culture treated for adherent cell lines or untreated for suspended cell lines. Round (U), Flat and V bottom plates are available as well.
Part number 761611 features 384 well, with white walls and white bottoms. White walls reflect back light, improving the strength of weak signals. This makes them ideal for time-resolved fluorescence, luminescence, Alpha, and radiometric assays where extra sensitivity is required. Note that the plate bottoms are opaque which makes them suitable for top-reading instruments only.
All Nest cell culture plates feature alphanumeric markings to make it easy to keep track of cultures. Each well also features a raised rim to reduce evaporation and cross-contamination between wells. Plates also feature grooves and feet for stable stacking. They also feature an SBS/ANSI footprint which makes them compatible with automated plate handlers and ideal for high throughput work.
