To request a Return Authorization form, kindly reach out to sales@gmpplastic.com. This form is necessary for any products being returned to us. Please note that all returns require prior authorization from GMP Plastics and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Additionally, customers are responsible for all transportation fees if the error was not made by GMP Plastics.
Products not subject to return include:
- Products removed from original packaging.
- Products with damaged, missing, or defaced labeling and packaging.
- Products missing original manuals, instructions, warnings, and warranties.
- Products with an expired shelf life.
