Media bottle transfer caps are an affordable and reliable way to move liquid between vessels while minimizing contamination risk.
Each, leak-proof single piece, injection molded cap features two ports with pre-assembled components. One port features a hydrophobic, 0.22μm membrane for sterile gas exchange. The other is fitted with a chemically resistant thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) external transfer tube with aseptic connectors.
Cap assemblies are produced in a ISO 13485:2016 accredited facility, made entirely of USP grade VI materials and lot tested for purity. All components are also tested for leachables and extractables to USP 665 and BioPhorum Operations Group (BPOG) guidelines.
