Fill Finish Machines For 3mL Cartridges
Nest Scientific offers small scale aseptic fill finish machines for 3mL cartridges and prefilled syringes. They feature an economical price, flexible filling parameters and a footprint small enough to fit inside a standard Bio Safety Cabinet (BSC) or laminar flow hood.
A fill finish machine is necessary to fill 3mL cartridges aseptically. There will always be air trapped behind the stopper after filling. These fill finish machines first fill the cartridges, then vacuum out the excess air to finish the filled cartridge or syringe. Here is a video showing the machine in action.
